Need advice for my application

Hi

I need advice I applied for citizenship on. 30/09/2017 and I am non eu on the 18/02 I received latter from HO saying “application raises exceptionally complex issues” anyone can explain it or help

Perhaps it's due to the complexity of the law? Your answers to their questions? Your immigration history?

If you don't have any inkling, then, with so limited information, how do you expect non-psychic members of these forums to know?
