Hi Guys

I have my IHS partial refund 2 weeks ago but no news after that, did anyone been through same issue. if yes, then after how long you have received your visa or any news from HO.

Stay on wait and someone will take ur details. be ready with your case ref no

They will get back to you by 5 wokring days . That is what they say but they usually get back quick within 24 hrs depending on the day and time you call

I paid my IHS through my credit card. I sent a pre action protocol on the 19th feb and 22nd feb I received partial refund of £200. But surprisingly the date on the refund is 18 dec 17. I called the credit card company and they confirmed the refund came in on the 22nd feb (I check my account daily so I know definitely it came in on 22nd). But usually it takes only 3/4 days for the refund to process. So if the refund was initiated on 18th dec it doesnot make sense. It might be an error with the date. The credit card company was unsure of the matter.

But yes I have also received partial refund £200 but still no news. Cant be certain about the success or not either!

MY IHS refund was issued on 9th Feb. After that No News. So almost 3 weeks now.

There are many people who got partial refund in January second week and yet awaiting for decision
Don’t know on what basis they are doing partial refunds
And many people received their decision but were not refunded with iHS partial amount
Can’t predict of anything

We received Ihs partial refund today.

I applied on 23rd Feb 2017
Interview on 15th Sep 2017
IHS partial refund 1st March 2018
