Finally got the 5 years visa as permitted family member

Post by Dontjoke001 » Wed Mar 14, 2018 3:24 pm

Guys finally after 6 months of review got 5 years approval as permitted family member. One advice for you guys submit application through solicitor always. That will be more wisest decision for you. Because when I applied myself they refused even temporary permission.

15 months behind reviewing applications. So much for issuing the residence card "no later than six months from the date on which they submit the application".
I am no longer posting publicly on this website - PM me if needed.

I don’t understand whats going there some people got early response and they are saying about Feb cases . Like dontjoke he got in 6 month so it’s mean few cases they sort out to show that they are not breaching the law or something.

May I ask if you have been given a temporary immigration stamp while the application is ongoing? If so, what type of stamp did they give you. Thanks in advance.
