Permanent residency document: time outside the UK.

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well. I have decided to apply for a permanent residency document (EEA national) and I am stuck on 'Time outside the UK'. Can I choose 'No' if my time spent outside the UK never exceeded 6 months during any one-year period?

My time spent outside the UK:

Year 1 - 2 weeks outside the UK,
Year 2 - 2 weeks outside the UK,
Year 3 - No time outside the UK,
Year 4 - 3 months outside the UK,
Year 5 - 3 months outside the UK.
