Home office reference number for FLR (M)

Urgently need your help.

1.13 Home Office reference number if you have one

Where do I find this?

Is that the one on my BRP or in the passport in red?

I've been previously living on Tier 4 and always applied from abroad.

BRP number.

It does say 'IF YOU HAVE ONE', so not imperative to include it as you send your BRP card anyway.
