Date of first entry in UK: 14th July 2013

Will i be eligible to apply for ILR from 14th July 2018 (5 years after date of first entry) or from November 2018 (5 years after start of employment) ?

Thanks for your response,

I've also had a few absences before starting my employment in Nov 2013.

July 18th - Sept 20th 2013

Oct 23rd - Nov 3rd 2013

These absences were taken so that i could settle my dependants in the UK and arrange to transfer my assets to the UK.

What evidence will I provide for these absences on my SET (O) application as they were taken prior to the start of my employment?

If anyone could answer this last question, i'd be extremely grateful.

Thanks

A letter from employer stating your start date and confirming that your were given time to settle in the UK before starting your role
