Is Self Assessment document required for Limited Company Cat F

Post by UKGirl10 » Sun Apr 29, 2018 8:23 pm

Hi,

I will starting application soon for my husband's spouse visa under Category F. I am a director of a Limited company. I've had a read through Appendix FM .
I'm not sure if a self-assessment tax return is also required along with other documents listed in section 9?

Please advise

Spouse Visa: CASH SAVINGS ONLY (working as self-employed/ limited company)

Post by UKGirl10 » Wed May 23, 2018 12:23 pm

Hi, i'm new to this forum...
I'm sponsoring my husband for his spouse visa and Ive been preparing my documents. I am a sole director of my limited company. Having read through some previous posts on here for guidance on category F, I understand there is alot of documentation to get together.

I do have over £63K in savings (putting 2 accounts together, 1 current and 1is a savings account) which have not fallen below the £63K mark over the last 6-12 months.

Is it possible to apply through the CASH SAVINGS category D , using the cash i've saved in my bank account, ie not combining with my income?

Anyone else in a similar situation?

When providing evidence of source of income, will I need to show all documentation as listed in category F?

Please help + advise!

Hi UKGirl10, did you apply already? As a company director, what info did you show for category D, please?
