Which photos go to passport?

I know this is a funny question, but which photos do go on the passport when applying for naturalisation?
The ones you originally submit with the application or the ones you submit after approval?

None of those.

You need to submit pictures with your passport application. The ones you send with the application to naturalize and those sent with the approval do not show up anywhere.
