IHS reference # Not received : Incorrect email id

Hi,

I have applied for myself(work visa) and dependent visa for my children via employer sponsored visa. Unfortunately, email id specified in my daughters application was incorrect( emailid.cm instead of emailid.com). So we didn't receive the IHS reference number in email for my daughter.

I tried calling the UK vfs and they told if you have the bank statement to prove the transaction, its fine.
But my employer was unable to give the transaction statement for the same.

If I submit the application page which shows "IHS Payment Completed", will they accept it?
Can any one please help.

The same thing happened to me just now. For my wife, I entered a wrong email address. Can anybody please help us?

Hi Guys,
I contacted xxxxxxxxxx, London and got a response. They asked me to print the IHS payment completed confirmation from the summary page and include a cover letter to address this. It is automatically assumed that IHS is paid if you have an application printed out and appointment booked.

At VFS application submission, biometrics is just a simple process. As they are third party (not UKVI) and unlike US visa PA they won't ask you any questions nothing.
As long as your documentation is complete it should be alright.

Just to update. The visa application went through fine and we got the visa without any issues.
