form AN NEED HELP

hi to all . on the employment section i have to write my all employment history ?

back to 2012 i was student and i was working untill 30.jun.2012 the compay stoped me because my visa exp 30.jun.2012 . 2 months before my student visa exp exactly on may 2012 i aplied for resedance card .
the company stoped me and they keep sent me 0 hours payslip BY EMAIL because they were wating to give them lettre from the HO to back to work .on sep 2012 they sent me p 45 .

on form i have to wirte finished employment sep 2012 because p45 say that .
do this will cause me any problem regarding i stoped work when my visa exp and i was waiting for response from HO .?

Do not worry about it. If you applied for RC bf your visa ended, you were here legally. Are you an EEA National spouse?

Hide nothing, declare everything and explain what you explained here in a cover letter.

If you stopped working physically in May, then mention that and explain the P45 situation seperately. To be doubly sure, you may get the same in writing from your employer if you could.

If a P45 has been issued, it would also show up when HO does there checks. Hence better to declare and explain, what happened.

Doesnt seem it would be an issue.

You do not have a problem. If you applied for RC before your student visa expired then you were already married to your EEA national spouse and therefore here legally with a right to work. Your employer was just taking precaution because you had not presented them with your right to work documentation. Just include your employment history in your application.

Im guessing that you were suspended if you were on zero pay which meant that you were still employed. Write what is on your p45
