Can I pay Tier 2 visa fee from outside India when I am applying from India

I have a doubt.
Can I pay Tier 2 Visa Fee from outside India (from UK) using Pound when I am applying from India?
Can I pay Visa Fee from outside India and take appointment(priority Service) at VFSGlobal office and go there just to submit document?

Your application type is from outside UK application. So if the online application allows you to make payment with a card it doesn't matter if that's in UK or not. It depends on the application portal you using as it may can take any card payments.
