Can I travel to India after submitting letter of request from HomeOffice for BC

Post by sanjumac » Wed Jun 20, 2018 10:03 pm

Hello friends,

In April I have applied BC and end of May I did my biometrics.
Passport fees deducted on 1st June.
18th June I have received a letter from home office requesting my old passport to check my stay in the UK in 2013.
I have sent my old passport via special delivery to the home office on 19th June.
I need to attend my cousin's wedding this weekend, my question is can I go or not?

Please help me with your valuable advice.

Thanks,

Sanjay

Why would there be a reason for you not being able to go abroad for a visit? You are free to travel.
