Employer change in address

Hi someone please help.

My employer just moved to a new place for temporary period. They using the old office address. My place of work has also moved to new place. Do we need to change our address in sponsorship management system? Do my sponsor need to report change of circumstance for me. Can they not update their address and only update the change in circumstance for me. Will there be a problem if office registered address and my place of work is different.
I need urgent help please.
