Success SPS Application-Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5year ILR!!

Hi Guys

Just want to share this with you, we used Super Premium Service for applying the Tier1 E 5 years ILR this Monday, and BRP card already received after 2 days.

Anyone want to use SPS can ask your solicitor coz you cannot book the SPS through home office website, only available with solicitors and law firms.

we are team application, we contacted our solicitor in London, and wanted post application originally but solicitor told we have chance to use sps and also can share with 4 main applications. But you need pre-approve from Home Office Tier1 SPS team, then they will book a same day appointment for you. But the service is very fully booked, the earliest appointment is 1 month later. so if you want to use sps you need get pre-approve as soon as possible. so our team applied in JUNE and get appointment on 23/07/2018. Shared SPS with another applicant so 3 applications in total on that day, every applicant paid GBP3500 to law firm in advance.

procedures and Time line:

12/07/2018: All documents post to solicitor office.

13/07/2018: solicior received documents

16/07/2018: Home Office staff collect documents and finish online application form and pay the standard application fee GBP2389+same day service fee GBP610

23/07/2018: Fly to London attend SPS enrollment at 11:00 am law firm meeting room do finger print and photograph. original documents and passport return to you at the same time.

25/07/2018: ILR BRP post to your home address via DX

done! Very fast!!! no any question asked!!

Only Issue: the ILR BRP expire date only 6 years long end on 31/12/2014, anyone knows why? should be 10 years long?

On the www.gov.uk website it clearly states that Tier 1 Entrepreneur cannot use the premium or super premium service. Please see below:

You cannot use the premium service if you’re applying under Tier 1 (Investor).

You cannot use the premium or super premium service if you’re:

waiting for a decision on a visa you’ve applied for
the family member (‘dependant’) of someone waiting for a decision on a visa they’ve applied for
a business person, innovator, sole representative or investor
a Turkish business person
a self-employed lawyer
applying under Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur)
applying under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
applying for Stage 1 endorsement under Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent)
a seaman
a Gurkha
a retired person of independent means
an elderly dependant
still in the armed forces and exempt from immigration rules and requirements
a member of a diplomatic mission or one of their dependants
charged with a crime and waiting to go to court
someone whose case is complex because of personal circumstances
someone whose case is not covered by the Immigration Rules
sponsored by a member of staff at a premium service centre
applying for a Home Office travel document
applying for naturalisation or registration as a UK national
applying as a victim of domestic violence
applying for an European Economic Area (EEA) residence card or permanent residence card
applying for an EEA registration certificate as an unmarried partner
applying for an EEA registration certificate and you’re not a qualified person
applying for proof of a right of abode

yes. I already said that you cannot book any super service on the website. It is still not opened for public for using super service under tier 1 E ILR, but it is opened for the selected law firm company. And you also need fill the pre-approve form for apply the sps appointment in advance with home office. If they said ok your case can be used by sps then you will have a dated appointment.

That’s what I used this service to get my IlR

I am applying for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur as well in december 2018. Did you manage to book an appointment for super premium service? I contacted them today but they said they are fully booked all of November and that super premium will be closing and replaced with another service. They did not disclose what it is or when it will be announced.

If you do have an appointment in Nov/Dec 2018, I would be happy to share it with you and we can split the cost.
