Website for visa application?

It appears there are two websites we can use to make the application: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/ and https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/welcome

Is there a 'correct' one to use?

I'm applying from Malaysia.

I made a successful application via this link: https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/apply

Hi,

Both seem to be valid. I did a quick search and found that AccessUK is supposed to succeed Visa4UK. Visa4UK is supposed to be closed in the future, but is currently still running.
However a recent thread on this forum has people posting about payment issues for the visa fees. I assume it is the AccessUK one, since a person mentions using Visa4UK as an alternate solution. If the payment issue is fixed then either is fine (though the AccessUK one is supposed to be more updated).
