Tier 4 to ILR

Dear Friends,

I need your advice and assistance please. I am currently on a tier 4 general visa which will expire in August 2020 and I am now due to apply for ILR since I have been in the UK legally for 10 years.

My question is, what if the ILR visa application gets rejected, do I returb back on the tier 4 general visa?

Please help.
