Employee on Maternity Leave

Hi All Respected Members

I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur and going to Apply for ILR in November 2018. One of my full time employees is going to maternity leave from this month Sep 2018. Could you please advise that she still be considers as full time employee or i cannot claim points for her employment after she goes on maternity leave .

I don't know how it works but an employee on maternity is still a full time employee.

Someone paying SMP was once rejected but the decision was overturned in an AR.

Employees Requirements

Hi ,

I am going to apply for ILR using Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 Years route. Could you please advise that i am fulfilling the employment requirements after my extension period.

1 Employee 20 months full time and the 2nd Employee 4 months full time .

Some one told me that the full time employment should be minimums 6 month is compulsory . Please advise
