Hi everyone

Can I meet the financial requirement of £18,600 with two jobs?

for example, full time job earning £16k p/a (based on £8.55 p/h) and the remaining on self-employment as taxi driver ?

No. You can't combine self employment with category A/B employment income rather if you have saving then can cover the shortfall with it.
