Applying for tier 2 general application

Hello,

I am applying for tier 2 general shortage occupation visa from outside UK. I have completed my application and pay the necessary amount of money needed from me whether for IHS or application fee.

I have two questions.

First: I want to book my appointment at visa center at the mid of October but I can find only September slots opened? Is that normal? And how much time should be available for me to reserve an appointment?

Second: I am married and I have a daughter. I mentioned this information at my application. so, my question is should I apply for them before going to the visa center?

I assume dates for October will be available later and regarding Ur family if U're planning to bring them with U then U have to apply together. So U can complete dependant application for them and plan same time slot in the embassy

This means if they are not coming with me at the same time (they will come to uk later on after 2 or 3 months at least) so they can create their application later on when they are close to come to UK right?

They can apply later if they wish to.
