Premium Service appointment booking Spouse visa extension

I have been searching for online premium service appointments for Family Visa extension for the last 3 weeks. I need a date in first week of Dec preferably on 3rd Dec in Croydon as I am planning to travel by 3rd week. Last week I saw dates coming for other centers till 28th Nov. But since Friday night I haven't seen any dates at all. Yesterday I almost stayed awake for 2 hours past midnight, system seemed to get a bit slow between Midnight and 12:30 am but nothing appeared. I wonder if they have again started reserving slots for solicitor assisted appointments. Right now I am distracted from work and can't continue shooting in the dark like this. Writing a program to track dates and send notification may help but by the time I login the slot maybe gone! I called up UKVI today and they confirmed that I need not wait till it is 28 days before my visa expiry. Since I am on a 33 month Spouse dependent visa (Wife UK citizen) I can apply anytime after I complete 30 months which is now. They said the extension will be for another 30 months which will take me through to the ILR eligibility period. Just wanted to check if that is true and if anyone has any experience applying earlier than 28 days.

You can apply anytime within 28 days BEFORE reaching 30 months from date you first entered the UK.
