Travel document is what refugees and asylum migrants can apply for once they have ILR. It is not a British passport.

I did not know that. Asylum and refugee immigration is not my forte as I have no personal or secondary experience

What do they have showing they have ILR and when did they get it?

Provide more information and about your circumstances in getting them ILR if you expect any useful advice.

She came to uk in 2005 and claimed asylum , in 10/02/2011 she received Resident permit Which they call ILR and is valid until Indefinite! My children born here and they received their same time as my wife

You can register your children as British citizens on form MN1.

Your spouse can apply for citizenship on form AN.

A passport is a separate form and cost.
