Refugee family reunion bill

Hello everyone,

I'm an Ex-refugee and got my UK citizenship more than 12 years ago and im confused a bit with all these news on refugee family reunion bill
im wondering if it is also going to affect on Citizens and if the law passes, can i bring my over 18yo Son to UK and obtain ILR for him by any chance ?
