Husband on a Stamp 4, what work permit do I need

Post by annie21 » Fri Nov 16, 2018 10:15 am

Hi,

I am new to the forum and I am hoping to get some advise. My husband (Non-EU) moved to Ireland on a Critical Skills Work Permit, I then moved and I was able to apply for a Dependant/Partner/Spouse Permit which allowed me to work for the duration of his Critical skills Permit.

He recently applied for his Stamp 4 and during this time, I am unable to work because my permit is expired. When he gets the stamp 4, what permit can I apply for? Do I have to look for employment again and apply for the Dependant/Partner/Spouse Permit?

If the information above isn't clear, feel free to ask me any questions, I really just want to know what will happen in my situation and I can't find the answers anywhere.
