No payment taken for eea residence permit?

Hi all, i have applied mother in law eea fm residence permit two weeks ago. However the payment hasn’t been taken off yet. I have called them twice but the answer was they’ll contact me. Did anyone else have the same issues? Thanks!

Did you track your parcel - and are you sure it arrived?
As long as you know it arrived - there's no need to worry. Some people wait one day, others still haven't had their payment taken after 1 month. The HO aims to process most applications within six months, and will not give updates before that date - so just try to be patient and wait. However, if your parcel hasn't arrived - that's another matter.
