Referees Question

Post by NeenaGak » Thu Nov 22, 2018 11:25 pm

Sorry if this has been asked previously.
My husband is applying for his naturalisation under the 3 year rule.

Can anyone let me know if the following are accepted referees by the H/O as urgent. We have an appointment coming up very soon for the NDRS and JCAP.

Referee number 1:
Medical Doctor - Community member - British citizen

Referee number 2:
Private hire taxi - Family Friend - British citizen and over the age of 25.

Does this tick the legal requirements?

Also can he use any of these referees for the passport counter signature section?

Thank you in advance.

Neena

Referee number 1:
Medical Doctor - Community member - British citizen
ans: if you have filled online application give Dr. referee on second no and use PHT family friend on first
Referee number 2:
Private hire taxi - Family Friend - British citizen and over the age of 25.

Does this tick the legal requirements?

Also can he use any of these referees for the passport counter signature section?

as you said above you have NDRS and JCAP appointment, if that appointment in council than you don't need countersignature.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, both are fine, provided they have both known you for 3 years.
