I was applying from teir 2 to ILR as i spent 5 years on that visa.
My role in the company is account manager (public relation) and basic salary is 37200 a year however the required salary was 35500
I had premium appointment (same day) on 30th oct at crydon office. My case worked called me and had some cross questioning.

My increment as per my performance and i am well experienced now also i am getting some bonuses as well but i believe i was able to convince my case worker about my bonuses
But saying in the end by my case worker that i am not convinced with your salary increment she hold my file and asked me she is sending it to her team for further investigation.
on 15th November there was an unannounced visit by a member of UKVI but unfortunately my manager was out for meeting but Officer took my 3 hours interview and discussed about my Job role. Officer booked appointment for next day 16th and had 5 hours investigation on all employee's files including mine.
Officer asked from my manager about my job description and salary increment. Unfortunately my HR did not update the sms on time about my salary but all the paper were there in our HR system (the reason of increment and notes). i am receiving this salary since Jan and every year we get increment.a copy of my contract , job description , P60s , salary slip have been provided to visitor. in December 2018 ,there will be 9 years in UK however i have to spend one more year to get eligible in 10 year category. Can anyone advice what shall i do if anything goes wrong.
