English language requirement for PBS Tier 2 applying for ILR

Urgent reply needed
Hi,
Good morning everyone. I hope you can help me.I am applying for ILR by 5 year Tier-2 dependent route. I gave IELTS on 2012 which has run out. The UKBA website mentions that you can still use a B1 level qualification that you took more than 2 years ago if it’s on the current list of recognised tests and
it was accepted for another UK immigration application, for example when you got permission to enter.

I gave IELTS when I applied for student visa renewal on 2012. I am planning to use that as evidence of English language. Will that be a problem?

I need advice from experts. Please help.

Regards,
flower
