Tier2 (General) Dependent to ILR

Post by RaghuKarnati » Tue Apr 17, 2018 12:22 pm

My Wife entered UK as a Tier 2 (Gen) dependent on 13th Dec 2013 and she completes 5 year tenure on 13th Dec 2018. Her current Tier 2 dependent Visa expies on 5th Jan 2019. I am on ILR Visa at the moment. I am looking to apply for her ILR in Dec 2018 obviously and have following questions.
1. How many years of Co-habitation documents should I submit with her ILR application?
2. How many kinds of Co-habitation documents should I submit at least? (Ex. Council tax, Water Bill, Utility Bills etc.)

1.Last 2 years
2. Considering one document every quarter, may be 8 documents would be enough. (Bank statements, NHS letters, Council tax, utility bills, credit card statements etc.)

Thanks for your reply. One more question though.
About the documents, do they need to be proper letters from respective companies (Ex. Council Tax) or the soft copies downloaded (and printed) from my online account is sufficient?

Tier 2 Dependent to ILR - Online Application Question

Post by RaghuKarnati » Fri Nov 09, 2018 1:55 pm

Hi dear people,
I got my ILR (Tier 2 Gen 5yrs route) in FEB 2018 and now it's time to apply my spouse's ILR application. My wife is on Tier 2 Gen Dependent visa and she will complete 5 years on 13th Dec 2018.

Question:
I have completed an online application today, selected 'New Service' and paid for Super Priority ILR Service. Yet to book my appointment and upload Documents though. The question is, in the 'Documents Checklist' section, neither in the 'Mandatory Documents' nor in the 'Optional Documents' there is no mention about asking for Co-habitation documents. This is puzzling me at the moment as I am expected to submit them. Am I doing something wrong? Please help with your advise.

ILR Tier 2 Dependent

Post by RaghuKarnati » Sat Dec 01, 2018 4:02 pm

Hi Everyone,
I got my ILR (Tier 2 Gen 5yrs route) in FEB 2018 and now it's time to apply my spouse's ILR application. My wife is on Tier 2 Gen Dependent visa and she will complete 5 years on 13th Dec 2018. I am in the process of uploading documents after completing online application. Few questions just irking me.

Questions:
1. My wife is working at the moment but does she need to prove that she is earning? If so how much should her minimum earning should be?
2. She got her current visa while I am on Tier 2 Gen and thus I have completed a SET(O) online form for her ILR application. Please tell me this is right?
3. Do I need to submit my Payslips as well?

1. No.

2. Yes

3. There is no requirement for minimum earn gs but you need to prove you can maintain with public funds. Most submit 3 months payslips and bank statements.
