Flrfp toeic refusal appeal alowed

Hello

Can anyone help me FLR(FP) 10 year route under british partner and british child.

Application made 14/11/2017

Refused 16-02-2018 ( appeal right)

Refused reason was I had toeic (ets) problem in past of my tier 4 visa ( 2012 ).

Hearing 24th Aug 2017 but not heard because floating list.

2nd hearing date 22-11-2018..

Heating home office ask me so many question related toeic.i gave my true and best answer.

But when my partner gave statement 2 questions she said something which doesn't match with me regarding my private life.i said I don't have any brother and my partner said I have brother.i said my partners knows about my immigration befor relation but my partner said she's knew after relation.


Judge said decision with be take 3 to 4 weeks.so it's nearly 4 weeks now still haven't received anything from court yet.what the appeal outcome will be.its matter of my child best interest not my mess whose home office created at past.

No one can answer what the outcome will be. The judge would have looked at the case as a whole and not just based on the answer to the 2 questions your mentioned.

How long does it take give decision.judge told us about 3 to 4 weeks.Already 4 weeks passed.
