Visa stamp on Expire Passport

Hi All,

Yesterday I applied for Schengen visa. everything was fine.. but they asked me to move my Visa stamp from old passport to new passport as I mentioned divorce on my schengen visa application & EU5 Retention application in process. they took photocopy of passport and all other documents photo copies. bio metrics print..

Question: should i go to GNIB and ask them to stamp my new passport OR do I need to take an appointment??
Question: will GNIB stamp OR not.. as EU5 application is in process??
