Application for EEA family permit

Hi,
I am EU national living in the UK for past year. I would like to apply for my parents to join me in the UK. They both are non-EU and they are currently living outside the EU.
If I want apply for EEA family permit for them, what would be the requirements for that?
Is dependency ( i.e. prove that they are dependent on me)needed in their application?
Is their any residency requirements for me in the UK before I can apply for them? (i.e. living in the Uk for certain periods of time)
any advise would be much appreciated

No residency requirements, but you must prove that you are exercising treaty rights in the UK, such as by working.

Regarding the dependancy part.
- How do I prove it in the Uk?
-Does the UK have explicit roles about that?
- Does the home office have clear guidance in this matter?
-what are the documents required from me to provide the home office for an application for EEA family permit application?
-how long does it take for the application to be processed?
-can I make the application on behalf of my parents from the UK?

I am very sorry asking you so many questions...
