Workability when moving from ICTmain to T-2 General Dependent

Hi all,

I am working on T2 General (Shortage Occupation) visa and my husband is working on ICT long term visa.
If my husband process T2 General dependent (considering my visa as main applicant visa), can he work in UK?

Is there any issue with Cooling off period for job?

Yes he can, but not as a dentist or dr in training as there will be this restriction on his dependent visa.

Is there any issue with Cooling off period for job?

There is NO cooling off period for ICT main visa holder changing to Tier 2 Dependent!!
