FLR{M} CHILD BENEFIT

Good morning, I got a Question im not sure if this will gave me some problems when i'm going to apply for and extension on mi Spouse Visa.... i notice that my husband a british citizen is claiming Child Benefit on his name, because im not alloud to public fund of course, the child benefit is on his name but the monnies is been deposit into my bank account that is under my name only, not his. I would like to know if this can cause me any problems???
