FLR M spouse visa extension requirements

First of all thank you all for help and support as I received my visa last week for spouse visa settlement entry clearance valid until Oct 2021 and I am flying to London in a couple of weeks. I wanted to find out the requirements for extension and is it FLR M I need to apply in 2021? How many proof of relationship and stuff we need to get hassle free extension?

You will need 2 years evidence of cohabitation at the same address, financial requirement is the same and English A2 as the rules stand now.

Hi, when can spouse extend visa for 2nd time. As my visa is going to expire on 1 April & I entered in UK on 28july 2016. Please advise. Thanks.
