Extension passport scanning (new service)

Hello
I am heading to my biometrics tomorrow
Can I quickly double check all I need to scan for my passport, is the page with my name on it?
I added the entry stamp on the initial visa as well, do i need to scan every stamped page too?

Other members on this forum suggested that it's better to scan all pages (single pdf file), if not,
the pages with your name, etc details + any pages with visas or entry/exit stamps.
