7 Year Child Rules

Post by Yuj » Sat Feb 16, 2019 8:57 am

Dear all,
My child got refused visa with appeal right. He born here and completed 7 years but we parents are technically overstayer. Our hearning was done in this week and decision will be sent in 3/4 weeks. My child cannot adjust in back home due to server problem in undertanding back home country language which is the major issuse raised in the court and I belive that it has been proved by medical reports as well. Just I am woundering what will be decision?

No one can tell you what will be the outcome. But be positive you will be fine, if you don't have any criminal convictions. Most of 7 year child cases winning in court.

Mine was refused twice, at age 8 and 10, my daugther is now going on 11 this year and UK citizen with no ROA, hence I am considering a JR

so your case is different, you not living with your wife, maybe your children with your exwife and she is british or she got a leave to remain already. Its very difficult in that situation but if both parents are illegal and children live 7 years and 10 years old, got a british citizenship chances are so high in court.
