Get your information on the SIS DB by contacting the embassy of the country you want to visit.

I do not know if there is a time limit. You could try another country's embassy.

Schengen countires have common Database SiS. If your name is not in that list it means you are not banned.
How can I make the request to see my name Database in SIS?By post or by mail?

Find the website of the embassy of the country you want to visit.
Find their emaill address or the contact form and try contacting them.
If not you can also try by sending a letter.
