Hi I married with eea national in 2009.
Got residence card till 2015.
In 2014 apply for devorce got decree absolute in 2015 then apply for retain the rights .
Rejected done appeal
Won the appel and got brc till 2023.

Now can i apply for pr application or settled status.

I dont have contact with ex any more.
Plzz help
