reaching max. 6 years, still eligible to apply for Tier 2 visa?

Post by yyyug » Wed Mar 27, 2019 10:23 am

Hello Guys,
By Nov 2019, I will be reaching my max 6 years under Tier 2 visa scheme. My recent ILR application in Jan rejected, I am now considering to change of employer and I will probably join the new company say Aug, so two questions here,
1st: Can I still apply for a Tier 2 visa in Aug with only 3 months to 6 years total stay, if yes, what is the minimum Tier 2 visa validation?
2nd: Can I apply for ILR during probation period, supposing that I will have my employment letter from the new employer?
Thank you all in advance.

Why was your ILR refused?? Your previous you only assumed a reason!!

Why not simply address whatever the reason was and reapply.

Also, is it necessary to keep starting new topics??
