Indian passport holder travelling to norway with UK passport holder

Hi All.

I am a british citizen (have a UK passport) and I am going on a cruise with my wife who has an indian passport to Norwegian Fjords. She has a spouse visa and is living in UK with me.

Does anyone know whether she needs schengen visa (I think she does).

on the vfs website above should I apply for tourist visa for her or the EEA/EU and Swiss national family member option?

any help would be much appreciated

She needs one, yes.
Apply for the EEA/EU AND SWISS NATIONAL FAMILY MEMBER.
It's free of charge and you will need to provide a lot less paperwork.
