Spousal visa/ personal independent payment

Hi, I needed some advice, I’m receiving personal independence payment, I have been married to my husband for 5 years his never been to the UK I have no children with him, I will be divorcing him and getting married again, can I sponsor my second husband on the grounds he will be caring for me? What will the requirements be? Is there anything I need to be aware of ect please No bad comments please

No his not in the UK his in Pakistan he has never come to the UK before, he is working in Pakistan so he can prove his income if that’s needed, want to call him over on a spousal visa also on the basis he is going to care for me, as my younger sister is looking after me at the moment

His income is irrelevant and not considered for a spouse visa.

Have you met in person?

Basically i known him since 2011 he is a close family member. How would this procedure work what would I have to do, and what else would be needed? Thank you
