Tier 2 Migrant Switched to ILR what happens with Dependant

Post by muzzba » Thu Apr 25, 2019 2:23 pm

Hi,

I have a question regarding what visa will a Tier 2 Dependent have to go on if the main Tier 2 Migrant has received ILR but the dependent has yet to complete 5 years.

If you get ILR based on 5 years Tier 2, then the dependents continue on their tier 2 dependent visas and extend if necessary, till they qualify for ILR.
