UK spouse visa vignette transfer

Hello all,

My wife has been granted a spouse visa. She collected her passport today with vignette starting from 16/05. Thanks a lot for all the help. This group has been really useful.

We would like to apply for vignette transfer since the visa has arrived much earlier than the intended travel date (22/06) mentioned on the online application. Can anyone please help us with the procedure? We are not sure if we need some supporting docs or anything specific to support the transfer request except online vignette transfer application?

Usually they dont follow the intended date of travel. If she would have to travel within these dates.

If they had wrongfully ignored your stated intended date of travel, then ask them to correct the dates.

Excellent links given by vinny as always. But mostly caseworker dont consider intended date of travel.

Badly trained?
