How can I bring my Mexican girlfriend here.

Hello everyone I just joined the site on looking for help.

I want to bring my girlfriend to live and work in England. She is Mexican nationality.
I cant find anything on how to bring her over here to work and live I have looked on the official gov site and the work Visa says it needs to be from a employer.

Is there a way I can sponsor her and then she can look for a job that way.

Only if you plan to marry within 6 months (but she couldn't work until her subsequent visa is approved after marriage) or are already married (or have lived together n a relationship akin to marriage for two years, but assume this is not the case by what you've said).
