If she is British national or has settled status in UK then fast and safest will be to marry her in Pakistan then apply straight for spouse visa if she is free to marry, earning at least £18600 or have £62500 savings and have sufficient sized accommodation.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

You won't be permitted to marry in the UK while on a visitor visa.

if she is free to marry
if both of you are free to marry, according to UK law...

You will also need to pass an English language test.

If your fiancee has no income, you would need £62,500 in savings which have been held in an accessible account for at least 6 months.

Otherwise, you will have to wait until she has been employed for 6 months and meets this minimum earnings level of £18,600 p.a (£9,300 for the 6 month period).
