EEA Pre-Settled Scheme

Post by Shakir252 » Sun May 26, 2019 3:25 am

Hello Members,
I have a question about EEA pre-settled scheme. I applied as dependent of an EEA National in 2014. The home office refused my application not satisfying by my dependency. So I went to the court. My appeal was not entertained due to Sala jurisdiction. Then I went to UTT. But same as FTT. Now I have to reinstate my appeal. And it is in process.
I need to ask can I apply for pre-settled status as I have 5 years history. And from April 2014 I am living with my ERA Sponsor till today.
And if yes, then what documents I need lo submitt with the Application.
Please Reply with a Reliable and Honest Advice as a generous Advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Pre-settled status has nothing to do with your previous applications and 5 year history. These are the requirements for non-eu ctizens:

If you can satisfy these requirements you can apply, otherwise you can't.

Thanks for your kind reply.
But I am also non eu citizen dependent on EEA National with living 5 years on a same household.
By now I have just pending my appeal at UTT to be considered that whether my appeal should be heard or not.

My question is in these circumstances CAN I QUALIFY FOR THIS PRE- SETTLED STATUS?

What is your relationship to your EU sponsor?

What is your full UK immigration history?

Thanks
He is my uncle. He is supporting and living with me more than 5 years.
Came to UK in 2010 as student.
Visa revoked in 2014.
Apply Extended Family Permit.
Refused on dependency issue.
Went to FTT.
But appeal refused due to Sala Jurisdiction.
Refused UTT on same jurisdiction.
Then apply flrhro as a family and private life as I have daughter aged 6 years.
Refused by home office.
Then in 2018 apply to reinstate appeal.
Court replied to apply Permission to Appeal.
And now waiting for their response for Permission.

In these circumstances can I apply for this pre-settled Scheme?
