When Should We Apply Spouse Visa?

When Should We Apply Spouse Visa?

Hi there,

My wife has indefinite leave to remain for more than 12 months. Should we apply spouse visa now or first apply for her naturalisation for red passport? Is it going to effect if I apply my spouse visa when she is eligible for naturalisation?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And can she submit my documents there in UK while I am in Pakistan for premium service?

It makes absolutely no difference if she has ILR or is a BC. Apply when you are eligible. Will leave others to comment on the application process from Pakistan...
