I am in UK for more then 10 years, I applied and received TIer 2 from UK as well...
I think what CR001 is referring to is that you need to be physically present in the UK on the date 5 years ago from the date you apply for naturalisation.ItsRainingAgain wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:06 pmI am in UK for more then 10 years, I applied and received TIer 2 from UK as well...

Yes you would have to delay the application till you meet the requirement. The physically present requirement is mandatory and if you fail this, you will be refused and lose your fee.ItsRainingAgain wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:31 pmOh, I didn't knew that could be a issue, I will look at my holiday records and double check.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:24 pmExactly, i.e not away on holiday or business trip etc but actually physically present in the UK.bookerw100 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:22 pmI think what CR001 is referring to is that you need to be physically present in the UK on the date 5 years ago from the date you apply for naturalisation.ItsRainingAgain wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:06 pm

Do I need to delay my application if I was on 2 months holidays but less then 90 days, exactly 5 years ago ?
I had holidays in august 2014, but I was in UK in June 2014.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 2:34 pmYes you would have to delay the application till you meet the requirement. Note the physically present and 90 days in last 12 months are TWO separate requirements.
