Citizenship letter query

Hi there . I applied for my wife’s citizenship in March 2019 . I got acknowledgement first letter in April asking for some more documents and were given 28 days to submit them . We sent these documents within the 28 days but we have not heard back from them ? . I had sent in the cover letter with the documents requesting them to acknowledge that they have received them . Do they normally send. Letter saying we received the required documents ? . Thanks

Yes if its payday for them u get reply otherwise forget acknowledgement.

If it's a written request by mail, they are obliged to provide a response.
However, they may get back to you today, or tomorrow, or next week, or next year...

If you are not getting any mail to chase you for the documents after the initial 30 days, that means they have received them.
