IRISH STAMP 4 & STAM 4 EU FAM

Hi all,
I have resided in Ireland for five years, and my daughter is Irish national as she was born here. I have been working as a doctor for all this time. As naturalisation application are taking years, I was just wondering, will it be possible for me to apply for STAMP 4 EU FAM, I am on stam 4 at the moment.
I need STAMP 4 EU FAM for travelling in EU.
I wrote to INIS about 4 months ago, but no reply from them.
Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

No you cannot apply for stamp4EUfam unless your wife or partner is a European citizen.
